American Fence Association

In our first article of this page on our site we would like to introduce an association that brings a bond to all the fencing companies locally in Texas, throughout the United States, and many foreign countries. The American Fence Association is one of the few places that fence contractors can come together to learn to be better fencing contractors. Based in Carrollton TX the AFA has been serving the fence industry since 1962 and has grown to be the largest resource in the industry. 

The AFA offers education, certification, and networking opportunities to fence contractors and their employees. They stay on top of and share with the industry the newest tools and materials, new developments, standards and trends throughout the industry. The AFA promotes education, certification, professionalism, and ethics so everyone in the industry can benefit as a whole. 

As of today the industry is experiencing another lumber bubble and the price of lumber is obviously up and rising. Organizations like the AFA are critical to fencing contractors for up to date information on where to get the best products for the best price so that we can in turn offer these benefits to you the end consumer.
