Superior Fence & Rail is not only a North Texas Fence Company but they are a national franchise. Having owned a franchise before, we are familiar with franchisors and franchisees. Franchises and fencing contractors are often able to negotiate discounts on supplies and materials if they purchase greater amounts of product from these particular suppliers. This can be a benefit to customers if the materials they require are available through these suppliers. Back 40 Fence Company is not a franchise, we are independently owned and operated and can work with any supplier you might have an interest in. Franchisees are limited to what is called a territory. The North Texas franchise according to their website services the cities of Dallas, Denton, Flower Mound, Highland Village, Justin, Lantana, Lewisville, Little Elm, Roanoke, and The Colony. This fee will vary but will be in the ballpark of 7% of the monthly gross a business earns. This can be substantial and is not something we would be interested in doing again.
